As a part of the remanufacturing process, each alternator BOSCH 0124415015 is completely dismantled. Respective components are thoroughly cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner whereas the miniscule parts on the inside are carefully inspected under a microscope. Unusable parts have been replaced with new ones; the replacement parts have been examined beforehand to ensure proper functionality of the whole alternator. Each component on the BOSCH 0124415015 alternator meets the quality standards of an original spare part. Upon the completion of cleaning, alternator is reassembled and mounted onto an authorized testing station.
